Progress
Got one short story ready to mail and the partial out. More than I’ve had out in a long while, so I consider that a success. 1200 words into the new story, but it’s not going to be finished tonight. Will shoot for tomorrow night. I’m guessing it’ll come in around 2500-3000 words, gonna be a short one. It’s all good though. Need stamps to mail two other stories. I moved all my old work into a folder marked 2009 and back. Starting over with a clean short story slate. On the novel front, I have 2 novel ideas floating around in my head. As soon as I feel ready to tackle one of those I’ll shift into a 30-day novel mode. Until then, I’ll be writing short stuff. Bleh, have to go back to work tomorrow. Not looking forward to it.
